<< how do you expect the customer to reply to you, what is the timeframe you expect the customer to reply in, if the customer replies too late: what are the consequences, are the consequences monetary and if so how much does it cost, etc >>

CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
<< what is your cancellation policy, why would you cancel a commission, what can the customer expect if you cancel their commission, etc >>

THE FINAL PRODUCT
<< what will the final product be like, will it have a watermark, how does the customer remove the watermark if they choose to do that, etc >>

COPYRIGHT
<< are you granting the customer a special copyright license with their work, what will you allow them to do with the finished product and wip stages, etc >>
